I frequent Coastal Paint in Long Beach for most of my painting supplies and there is one guy behind the counter that is an expert at color matching. So I thought it would be fun to see him action and have him talk about hit job.

Rarely do I get to do a decorative treatment on a wood floor so this was a real treat. But you can see how a simple stencil pattern can dress up a hard wood floor. I put this on between varnish coats so it will be protected by the last two layers of polyurethane.
